We’ve bought 3 bathtubs, and the purchase completely justified itself. Not a single breakdown during it’s 6 months of use, which already says a lot. Purchased 2 new generation HIVE-36X immersion cooling rigs from Beeminer Group. Very satisfied with rigs performance. Everything is stable even at extreme overclocking setting. Chips temps stay between 60°C and 70°C. I also ordered powerful (2500 W) PSUs for overclocking which were shipped a bit late. Other than that, I had pleasant experience working with Beeminer.

A big issue for me was always free space for miners. I have a two by four meters car booth, which obviously isn’t enough for most air cooling solutions. Also my neighboors could go deaf. Considering all this, I decided to give immersion cooling a shot, and ordered a 24 slots rig from Beeminer Group. The rig fitted in nicely, potentialy leaving space for another one. The rig is completely worth it. For me personaly, the main criteria were sound level and stable performance. During rig’s 5 month of work, I rebooted two A3 miners for a couple of times (voltage surges cause errors in some chips). The Antminers are overclocked, s9 and l3 never freeze and are working steadily since temperature delta is about 1 degree Celsius. The whole system is virtually silent.

The rig had been shipped even a little earlier then we discussed. A day after the initial launch of the rig it turned off. As it turned out, one of the controller modules – TPM1 regulator measurer has broken down. Without any problems or additional fees, they sent us a new one. The electric circuit is easy as pie, and all the values needed for controller setup are in the manual, so replacing TPM1 was not a challenge, even for a tech newbie. All in all it took about 30 minutes to get the rig up and running again. Considering my experience with the rig, I can say that it is superior to air cooling systems for its convenience, as well as money wise.
